Job Description:
Data working related to Subsidy /Incentive for group.Liasoning with respective Agencies
Statutory Compliances as and when required related Subsidy / Incentives .Liaison with Local Council for routine matters and Sr. Council on different Indirect Tax Issues like submission of Legal reply of Show case notices, filling of Appeals, writ petition and arranging the required data and documents.
Finding the effective tax structure through different Business Modeling for the Company.
Preparation and Submission of Refund Application under Mega Incentive Scheme(Industrial Promotion Subsidy) and ensure compliance relating to it.
Deal with Statutory / Internal / VAT/Service Tax & Excise/GST Auditors.
