Job Description:
- To understand various HR strategies, HR policies, and procedures and strive for their implementation regularly.
- To understand the organization's business plan and support all the departments to achieve it
- To understand HR objectives and manage implementation. Follow regular internal communication, corporate guidelines, policies, etc. To follow the defined training and development process and necessary compliances for it.
- To assist HOD with regular recruitment of the employees as well as blue-colored employees recruitment.
- To assist HOD in taking ownership in HR policies & procedures, manpower planning & budgeting, employee attendance and leave management, payroll and wages management, recruitment, career development, and succession planning,
- compensation appraisal
- To assist HOD with the ownership of HR systems, HR MIS & Records, disciplinary actions, employee engagement, employee motivational schemes, rewards and recognition schemes, communication forums, organizational development etc.
- To work closely with plant's management and Corp HR Team for full proof performance management system, identify roles & responsibilities of the employees, JDs preparation and upgradation, KRAs & KPIs, periodical reviews, etc. A person should follow organizational responsibilities as assigned by HoD or Mgt. Should have excellent knowledge of various systems like 5S, IMS, and plant safety practices
